At Stable Party Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue to provide reliable service to all customers.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Deposits apply toward your total balance.
Cancellations
7+ days before event: Payments (excluding deposit) may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
Less than 7 days before event: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full payment is forfeited.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if Stable Party Rentals is unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances within our control.
No refunds are given for unused items once delivered.
Weather Policy
For outdoor events, customers are responsible for having a backup plan.
If severe weather makes setup unsafe, Stable Party Rentals reserves the right to delay or cancel setup.
In such cases, payments (excluding deposit) may be credited toward a future rental.
Rescheduling
We are happy to work with you to reschedule your event (subject to availability) if changes are made at least 7 days prior to your event.
