At Stable Party Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue to provide reliable service to all customers.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

  • Deposits apply toward your total balance.

Cancellations

  • 7+ days before event: Payments (excluding deposit) may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months.

  • Less than 7 days before event: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full payment is forfeited.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if Stable Party Rentals is unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances within our control.

  • No refunds are given for unused items once delivered.

Weather Policy

  • For outdoor events, customers are responsible for having a backup plan.

  • If severe weather makes setup unsafe, Stable Party Rentals reserves the right to delay or cancel setup.

  • In such cases, payments (excluding deposit) may be credited toward a future rental.

Rescheduling

  • We are happy to work with you to reschedule your event (subject to availability) if changes are made at least 7 days prior to your event.
